Priest-in-Charge

We are excited to be seeking a new priest to lead these two benefices, who have a happy history of working together, in this beautiful, vibrant and historically rich part of North Essex.
We are praying for:
- A new kind of inspirational, ideas led leadership which is dynamic, positive, full of energy, outward looking and infectious.
- A focus on growing Churches, accessible for all generations, especially families and seekers.
- Passion and persistence with humility for God's work and ministry in prayer, spirituality, love, mission and evangelism.
- Bible, Gospel led teaching for our worship, schools and village communities. Helping people to find and build their Christian faith.
- A track record of working with families and young people with joy, happiness, enthusiasm and encouragement.
