A practical course to help you grow leaders.
Leadership is best exercised with others. Yet making time to develop other leaders is often a challenge for busy Ministers. Here’s where Growing Leaders helps. With everything you need to run a course, it combines teaching, mentoring and practical application, focused on the characteristics and skills of Christian leadership.

An introductory video to help prepare the leaders for each session.
Resources
Handouts, PowerPoints and leaders' guides for all 10 sessions, plus an exploratory session. The handouts all come with photocopy permission for use in a local church. .
Mentoring
Mentoring resources including material on the role of a mentor, a guide to selecting mentors, an introduction and a monthly guide for mentors.
