By creating space for training, mentoring, and inspiration, the network helps leaders discern God’s shaping work in their lives, enabling them take confident next steps on their leadership journey.

Exciting opportunities emerge when people get together in the same room online or onsite, but we are also intentionally pushing forward to create opportunities for leaders to grow, learn and contribute.

By facilitating conversations, coaching, and Q&A moments with seasoned leaders, the network offers practical, accessible and realistic insights to help you navigate leadership challenges well.

These are leadership learning environments where leaders connect with peers and external speakers. They are typically hosted online and about once a month.
Some recent topics include:
- Ambition and faithfulness
- Leading evangelistically
- Multi-parish contexts and oversight
- Church planting
- Culture change
- Healthy boundaries
- Handling conflict
- Resource church and teams
We’re working on a number of different events, from 24hr offsites with prayer, worship, bible and fire-side chats, through to larger events that gather people together to be inspired, think bigger, and meet Jesus.
A 6 month commitment with a cohort of 6-8 leaders with the first ones being focused particularly on those who are leading in lower income areas. These are powerful things to be part of, as we travel with peers, learn together and grow together. Part of these sessions will focus on real world challenges and so we’ll work together to look at those and under God seek breakthrough and forward movement.
You will have a huge amount of leadership experience under your belt and we’re creating pathways for leaders to contribute to the resourcing and encouragement of leaders on a wider canvas. At the moment this is being shaped up, but it could be anything from contributing a video, through to writing for our Lead-On Leadership email, or something more extensive depending on capacity and calling.
We want to work with anyone who is looking to explore whether God might be calling them to use a leadership gifting in the church, particularly if you are in the 18-30’s age bracket. We want to help you think about your personality and unique shape, and help you work with you local church to grow in leadership.
