Through biblical foundations, proven change models, and practical application, participants will gain fresh confidence and faith needed to lead impactful change.

  • Session 1 Tuesday 21 April 2026
  • Session 2 Tuesday 12 May 2026
  • Session 3 Tuesday 2 June 2026. 

Each day runs from 9.25am to 1.15pm.

All sessions will take place online via Zoom. A joining link will be sent to you before the session.

2-4 people from your church, the incumbent/senior leader plus one other person from your leadership team. You will all need to gather together and share the same screen.

You will be committing to approximately one hour of additional preparation work and engagement with the material outside of the sessions for the duration of the short course as you seek to embed change.
